Kimberly Pennell, MA, LCMHC, NCC, CCMHC
I graduated from NC State with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and received a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She holds certifications from the National Board of Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Gaining experience in working with adults, children, and families from all walks of life throughout the years has allowed her to develop knowledge of the needs and struggles of various populations experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, gender issues, adjustment issues, conduct disorders, and behavioral issues. She employs evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavior Modification in individual, family, and group settings.

Shelby Schultz, LCSWA
I received my master’s in social work from Simmons University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a certified mental health professional and specialize in trauma treatment through all stages of life. I prioritize person-centered, strength-based treatments that allow you to personalize what your therapy journey looks like for you. I have experience working with mood disorders such as anxiety and
depression, as well as other disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, and adjustment disorders. Whatever your walk of life or
obstacle, I want to help you achieve your goals.

Reide Darnell, MA, LMFTA
I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University. I have experience in treating young children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the systemic approach and assist in the growth of healthier relationships. I have experience in treating trauma in all stages of life. I have worked with different disorders such as adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and mood disorders. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space to collaborate on your mental health journey. Seeking help and creating change takes courage, and I am honored to walk through this next chapter with you.
